This Privacy Policy describes how the HAVANA BOOK mobile application ("the App", "we", "our", or "us"), operated by Winner Dream Business Growth LLC, collects, uses, and protects information when you use the App.

1. Information We Collect

We collect the following information strictly to operate the App:

Account information — such as your email address and authentication tokens, used to sign you in to your salon admin account.
Salon content — information you create inside the App (services, appointments, gallery images, staff data, etc.).
Photos / Camera — with your explicit permission, we access your device camera and photo library solely so you can upload gallery images and profile photos for your salon. Photos are uploaded to our servers only when you choose to upload them.
Device & diagnostic data — basic technical information (app version, OS version, crash logs) to keep the App stable.

2. How We Use Your Information

To authenticate you and secure your account.
To provide core features of the App (managing your salon data).
To diagnose bugs and improve reliability.
To comply with applicable legal obligations.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for third-party advertising.

3. Permissions We Request

Internet / Network state — to communicate with our backend and sync your salon data.
Camera — optional, used only when you choose to take a photo of your completed hairstyles (braids, locs, etc.) to upload to your salon's online gallery.
Photos / Photo Library — optional, used only when you choose to select existing photos of your work from your device to upload to your salon's online gallery.
Face ID / Touch ID — optional, used only to securely store your authentication credentials on your device for quick login.
Push Notifications — optional, used only to notify you about new bookings, appointment updates, and client messages.

You can revoke any of these permissions at any time from your device settings. The App will continue to function, but features requiring those permissions will not be available.

4. Data Sharing

We share data only with:

Our backend hosting provider (Railway) to store and serve your data.
Service providers strictly necessary to operate the App (e.g., push notifications, error monitoring), bound by confidentiality obligations.
Authorities, if legally required.

5. Data Retention and Deletion

We retain your account and salon data for as long as your account is active.

Account Deletion: You can delete your account and all associated data directly from the App at any time:

Go to Settings → Account → Delete Account
Confirm deletion (two-step confirmation for safety)
All data is permanently deleted immediately, including:
- Your user account and login credentials
- All appointments and bookings
- Client database and contact information
- Services, pricing, and business settings
- Gallery photos and portfolio images
- All other salon data

Once deleted, your data cannot be recovered. You may also contact us at the email below if you need assistance with account deletion.

6. Security

We use industry-standard security measures (HTTPS, encrypted authentication tokens, access controls) to protect your data. However, no system is 100% secure.

7. Children's Privacy

The App is not intended for children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect information from them.

8. Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights to access, correct, export, or delete your personal information. To exercise these rights, contact us at the email below.

10. Changes to This Policy
